Indulge in a culinary delight like no other at WOKE Ramen, where the fusion of Japanese X Chinese cuisine takes center stage. The exterior of WOKE Ramen looks very chic and eye-catching. The moment we entered the restaurant, it gave us this Ramen Bar vibe and we felt really cosy. The seats were comfortable and the ambient lighting was just right.
They have a semi-open kitchen concept, where customers can see and film how the cooks prepare their ramen. Overall, the design of the whole restaurant gives me a modern feel with a hint of a traditional ramen bar touch to it.

Moving on to their food! We had the following items:
- Chicken Chashu Collagen Ramen
- Seafood Mix Prawn Ramen
- Onion Oil Ramen
- WOKE Gyoza
- Golden Beancurd Skin
- Chicken Karaage
- Five Spice Beancurd
- Mentaiko Fries
I tasted the Chicken Chashu Collagen Ramen and found that the noodles were springy and the soup was very flavourful. As I took a bite of the ramen, I could taste the ‘wok hei’ flavour from it, because the noodles were first stir-fried on a wok before adding other ingredients into it. The Chicken Collagen Broth is made by simmering pure chicken bones and cartilage for over eight hours to get every bit of flavour, essence, and boing-boing collagen goodness. Rich, creamy, and fragrantly flavourful, it is the original broth that does not disappoint to bring out the best of your ramen and its many ingredients.
We also love the soup from the Seafood Mix Prawn Ramen. It has a very rich taste as the Prawn Broth is made by boiling fresh sea prawn heads with chicken broth for maximum umami of the sea in a bowl of ultimate seafood richness.
The Onion Oil Ramen, consisting of wok hei ramen tossed in aromatic onion oil, is an interesting dish. It may look plain and simple, but the taste speaks volumes. The taste of the onion oil mixed with the ramen really goes well together.
For the side dishes, they were swiped away really quickly and everyone liked them. One of our companions who was just a kid, really loved the Mentaiko Fries, which consist of crispy golden fries drizzled with mentaiko sauce.
Embark on a taste journey that will awaken your senses and leave you yearning for more. Come, let WOKE Ramen ignite your passion for bold flavors and culinary innovation like never before. Check out their menu here and make your reservation today!
