One unique difference that the staff told us on why their bbq chicken was so good was because the chicken is only prepared upon ordering. Many establishments have pre-cooked chicken that is served to chicken by simply heating up. No wonder the waiting time for the bbq chicken was more than 20mins. it was because it is prepared freshly!Β
