For drinks, we had Ampla Juice. All-time favourite Penang drink! Freshly squeezed “buah long long” is high in antioxidants and rich in Vitamin C.

We had Penang Rojak as the starter. Thick and rich rojak sauce tossed with fresh fruits and vegetables and crispy you tiao. So addictive!

Crispy salted egg chicken, this is absolutely delicious and something you must try! Crispy fried chicken tossed in salted egg sauce and curry leaves. Slightly salty from the salted egg and slightly sweet making it well balanced!

Highlights of our meal, Claypot Assam Curry Fish Head! This is absolutely a must-order. Fresh and meaty fish head with eggplants, long beans, lady fingers, and cabbage simmered in Assam curry. Spicy and slightly sour making it super appetising.

As for greens, we had Sambal Kang Kong. Kang Konh stir-fried in Penang Culture’s special sambal sauce. For Spicy food lovers!

How can one miss Penang Oyster Omelette? Fluffy eggs with plump oysters accompanied with sambal. A match made in heaven!

Penang Fried Kway Teow is one of Penang’s most popular hawker dishes! Wok-fried with prawns, bean sprouts, and eggs. Super fragrant with the “wok hey” taste! Yums πŸ˜‹

How can one end a sumptuous meal without Penang’s famous chendol? Chendol and Durian lovers, this is a must-order! Fresh chendol and red bean served on fresh coconut milk and shaved ice. Drizzled with special brown sugar syrup hold on hold on, it is complete with a scoop of durian flesh! Omg 😲 simply shiok!
