We tried a couple of dishes at Big Fish Small Fish restaurant nestled conveniently within the heart of Suntec City. The dining environment was spacious and comfortable. The first dish was the Signature Haddock & Crisps (from $19.90++). There were two generous portions of fish, each showcasing the unrivalled quality of premium wild-caught haddock loin. Meticulously selected for its tender texture and rich taste, the haddock loin is a testament to our commitment to excellence.
Complementing the star of the plate are the fresh potato crisps, an artisanal accompaniment that elevates the entire experience. Crafted with care, these crisps are meticulously sliced from fresh potatoes and expertly fried in-house to perfect golden crispiness. Every bite delivers a symphony of flavours and textures, from the succulent haddock to the satisfying crunch of the crisps.
The second dish was Grilled Sea Bass Aglio Olio (from $19.90++). At the heart of this dish lies the star of the show – the premium wild-caught sea bass. Revered for its firm texture and unparalleled freshness, this sea bass is a testament to the dedication that goes into sourcing the finest seafood. With each succulent bite, the sea bass reveals its true essence – a delicate yet robust flavor that transports you to the depths of the ocean.

The last dish was the Chicken Leg Confit & Hand-Mashed Potato (from $21.40++). The star of this dish is the chicken leg which has been slow-cooked to a state of sublime tenderness. The chicken meat effortlessly falls off the bone, a result of the meticulous slow-cooking process that coaxes out the essence of the chicken. Accompanying this is a side of Hand-Mashed Potato. The velvety texture of the mashed potato is a testament to the dedication poured into every step of its creation.
To end off the meal, we had Tropical Fruity Lemonade ($4.50++) which is essentially pink lemonade topped with mango and peach flavoured cream cloud. It was definitely a sweet end to the meal!
