Milksha is now venturing into authentic Taiwanese flavours with their new bentos like fried chicken and braised pork belly rice for as low as S$4.90. You can also customise the seasoning of the sides and bentos for the perfect curated experience.
Milkshaβs Red Yeast Pork Chop Bento η΄ η³θ (S$6.90) includes a pork chop that is marinated in a special red wine giving it a rich, vibrant red hue with a tender bite after a thorough 24-hour marination process. All bentos include their very own sour pickled vegetables and even braised egg and tofu, making it a filling meal.
If youβre looking for something even more meaty, try their Braised Pork Belly and Crispy Salted Chicken Duo Bento (S$8.90). Dig into the indulgent bento chock-full of slow-braised pork belly slow-cooked over low heat with a unique blend of soy sauce and herbs, giving it a deep and complex flavour; And Crispy Salted Chicken that has a delightful crunch with the right amount of umami. To complete your meal, simply top up S$2 on the bentos to add any milk tea from the Premium Tea Series. They have just recently released their new Strawberry Coulis Milk series which is my favourite as it reminds me of the strawberry milkshakes that Iβve had in Japan.Β
