1. Superior Beef Noodles (Dried) $11.90

This is a mix of everything! With a beef soup with a meatball, the dried thick been hoon is served with lean slices and thick fatty chunks of beef, chewy tripe, and tender tendons mixed with starchy soy sauce gravy. Both beef slices and chucks are soft and tender, paired well with the sliced pickled vegetables by the side. Alternatively, you can also opt for soup beef noodles!

2. Sliced Beef Noodles (Soup)

The sliced beef noodle soup has a more subtle flavour than the dried superior beef noodles. The soup has a hint of herbs and spices, making each slurp comforting to the tummy! If you enjoy beef shabu, this will be a great option too! The beef slices are thinly sliced, chewy, and juicy.

3. Oyster Sauce Nai Bai $4.90

A dish that brings back many memories of mummy’s home-cooked dishes. It may not look as fancy as the superior or sliced beef noodles, but it’s packed with the sweetness and beauty of nai bai. The vegetables are blanched and drizzled with a simple dressing (oyster sauce and soy sauce). The additional topping of fried garlic makes it fragrant.

4. Chicken Wings $4.90 (2 pieces)

The chicken wings are fried till golden brown. You will be surprised how soft and tender the skin and meat are when eaten. Also, a slightly aromatic scent of Chinese wine lingers in our mouths as we take our first bite, making it irresistible! The chicken wings are definitely a good pairing with beef noodle soup!
