My Recommendations

Steamed Seabass with Thai Lime Sauce ($19.80) is indeed one of the signature dishes at Soi 47 Thai Food. This dish features a fresh and tender seabass steamed to perfection and topped with a tangy and flavorful Thai lime sauce. The combination of the delicate fish with the zesty and aromatic sauce creates a delightful and refreshing flavor profile.

The Thai lime sauce typically consists of lime juice, fish sauce, garlic, chili, and other herbs and spices that are commonly used in Thai cuisine. The sauce adds a burst of citrusy and savory notes to complement the natural sweetness of the seabass.

Many diners consider the Steamed Seabass with Thai Lime Sauce to be a standout dish at Soi 47 Thai Food due to its delicious taste and the way it showcases the authentic flavors of Thai cuisine. It is often recommended by both locals and visitors as a must-try when dining at the restaurant.

If you enjoy seafood and the vibrant flavors of Thai cuisine, the Steamed Seabass with Thai Lime Sauce could be a highlight of your dining experience at Soi 47 Thai Food.

The Papaya Salad ($4.80) is refreshing and crunchy, with the long beans and carrot giving it its vibrant appearance. The dressing is a harmonious blend of sweet, sour, salty, and spicy flavors, making it the perfect dish to whet up your appetite.

The Claypot Tang Hoon with Prawns ($12.80) is a fragrant dish with succulent prawns and delicate glass noodles. The noodles were flavourful as they soak up all the broth they were cooked in.

Another classic Thai dish that is not to be missed is the Stir-fried Pork with Basil Leaves ($6.80). This savoury dish goes perfectly with rice, and the combination of ground pork cooked with Thai basil leaves and an assortment of seasonings create a delightful taste experience.

The Claypot Tom Yam Mama with Prawns and Meatballs ($11.80) is the ultimate comfort food. The soup was tangy and rich with just the correct level of spiciness that makes you crave more. The noodles were a little soggy as it was left inside for some time but I do prefer it this way as it has soaked up more flavours. Nothing can go wrong with this dish.

What better way to end the meal than with Red Ruby ($3.00) and Mango Sticky Rice ($5.00)? The red ruby cools down your tongue immediately and the sweetness was just right. The mango was sweet and paired perfectly with the sticky rice and the fragrant coconut milk.

Their Homemade Thai Fish Cake ($6.50) and Stuffed Chicken Wings with Minced Chicken ($7.30) are both homemade and delicious appetizers to share with your friends too!

To complement your meal, Soi 47 Thai Food offers a selection of refreshing beverages such as Thai Iced Milk Tea ($3.00), Thai Iced Green Milk Tea ($3.00), Lychee Soda ($4.50), and Longan Soda ($4.50).

Overall, Soi 47 Thai Food is known for its delicious and authentic Thai cuisine, providing a taste of Thailand’s street food culture in Singapore. It is affordable as well. All dishes below $20!
