Art di Daniele Sperindio

Perched on top of a majestic neoclassical monument that houses National Gallery Singapore and other award-winning establishments, Art di Daniele Sperindio offers destination dining at its finest – one truly worthy of a detour. The degustation menu at Art di Daniele Sperindio is presented as a seven-course tasting menu at $328 per person for dinner, while the lunch degustation menu has three, four and five-courses available at $158, $188 and $208 respectively.

Art Dessert & Cocktail Bar

Located on the rooftop of the majestic National Gallery and overlooking a spectacular panoramic view of Marina Bay, is a destination built on social interaction that brings groups together through their appreciation and passion for innovative cocktails and the camaraderie of desserts.

With a carefully curated dessert menu, built on the use of the most premium products and elevated craftsmanship by Art di Daniele Sperindio’s award winning team, the rooftop bar’s attention to detail exudes a sense of authenticity, permanence and luxury.

The bar is open from Tuesdays to Sundays, 5 pm to 12 am, and includes an array of signature desserts such as the Vesuvio which has Buffalo Milk Gelato, Sour Cherry Amarene, Caramelised Cacao Nibs, and an aged 40-year-old Balsamic. If indulging in artisanal desserts wasn’t enough, the bar is also home to a list of signature cocktails such as Agave which is a concoction of Mezcal, Smoked Fat Duck, Pineapple, and Milk. Ladies seeking a fresh floral cocktail should try the Rose which is gin based and has Italicus, Rose, and Grapefruit Zest.

GEMMA

Gallery Wellness Festival 2023

As the National Gallery Singapore is one of the official program partners of the Wellness Festival Singapore, GEMMA will partake in this initiative and provide a 3-course vegan menu at $42++. Everything on the menu is vegan and made of the freshest premium quality. Menu includes a Spaghetti Monograno Felicetti, Carponata, Perline Eggplant as a main dish and will end with a Kahlua Crema, Arabica Coffee Pan di Spagna, Bitter Chocolate as the dessert. This exclusive menu is available from 17 June to 9 July at GEMMA.

This initiative is to support Singapore’s long-term vision for being the leading urban wellness haven.

Set Lunch

GEMMA’s set lunch priced at $48++ per person focuses on affordability and premium quality featuring its signature Australian steak, artisanal pasta and mouth-watering dessert. This caters to time-pressed guests who are looking for a quick and light meal. This set lunch is available from Tuesdays to Saturdays from 12 pm to 2.30 pm.

Sunday Brunch – A Taste Of Tuscany

Every Sunday from 12 pm to 3 pm, savour GEMMA’s Sunday Fiorentina Brunch where large format 30-day dry-aged steaks are expertly charcoal-grilled and served with an endless pour of prosecco and Tuscan wines. Best enjoyed in groups of 4 to 5 persons, this Sunday feast includes a selection of Italian antipasti such as the Challans Duck Prosciutto and homemade pasta such as Spaghetti ‘Monograno Felicetti’, Cacio and Pepe – taking your taste buds on a trip to the Tuscan Hills.
