Located in the heart of CBD, Vibe Bistro is a trendy restaurant that offers a unique fusion food dining experience in a relaxed and casual atmosphere. This bistro is very well known to have brought food flavours to levels you have not imagined. I never knew Hae Bee Hiam Pasta could be so amazing! I think Italians should incorporate this dish into their culture as well.

Vibe restaurant really impressed me with their creativity level and talent in creating fusion food. Never would I have imaged that Laksa could be cooked with Salmon before. Beyond just good food, Vibe bistro is extremely accessible as well. Located right at the heart of CBD at 1 Raffles place #01-03, it is a stone throw away for many of the working classes.
Additionally, the Bistro has an indoor and a semi-outdoor seating area for you to choose from. From chilling indoor to enjoying the warm sun at the outdoor setting, Vibe Bistro is indeed one of the “go-to” restaurant for many.
Hae Bee Hiam Pasta

The Hae Bee Hiam Pasta is a real flavor bomb that will make your taste buds go “Shiok”! It’s a scrumptious blend of spicy and smoky goodness that dances in your mouth. Imagine biting into a mix of dried shrimp, fiery chili, and aromatic spices that pack a punch. This dish strikes the perfect balance between savory umami and a subtle sweetness that will leave you wanting more. The Hae Bee Hiam Pasta is a taste sensation that’ll have you reaching for seconds, as you savor the explosive combo of heat, depth, and richness.
Singapore Crab Pasta

Next up, the Singapore Crab Pasta. I thought the usual way of savouring the Chilli crab sauce is to go with mantou. Now I have a new favourite. I am so inspired to learn how to prepare this but i think its just so tough. Singapore Crab Pasta is really amazing! The succulent crab meat takes center stage, infused with fragrant spices and a touch of zing. The pasta, perfectly cooked and coated in a delectable sauce, soak up the essence of the crab, creating a mouthwatering combination that will have you craving for more.
Chinchalok Steak

To be honest, before trying the Chinachalok Steak, I have to admit that I have no idea what Chinchalok is. Until I tasted the steak, I went “Ohhhhhhh!! Is that sauce, that sauce, that very nice sour and spicy that sauce”. So basically Chinchalok is made up of fermented small shrimps or krill and usually combined with chillis, shallots and lime juice.
The Chinchalok adds a tangy, slightly briny note that perfectly complements the rich juiciness of the steak. You will feel this delightful explosion of umami flavours. Adventurous food enthusiasts would love this dish, as it offers a tantalising fusion of textures and flavours. As a Steak lover, this dish definitely caught me by surprise. I am really happy to have tried this as this combination would have never come across my mine to be possible.
Laksa Salmon

I have definitely tried Laksa flavoured potato chips before but its my first time trying Laksa Salmon. This extraordinary dish flawlessly combines the succulent tenderness of perfectly cooked salmon with the aromatic and vibrant flavours of Laksa. This dish greets you with the lusciousness of the salmon, which effortlessly flakes apart, revealing its delicate richness. The laksa sauce, with its creamy coconut milk base, tantalises your taste buds with a harmonious blend of fragrant lemongrass, chilli, aromatic spices, and the subtle tang of tamarind.
I never wasted the sauce as I used the roasted vegetables to soak up the amazing Laksa sauce.
Truffle Floss Fries

I would recommend you to order Truffle floss fries to share! Beyond the gracious amount of truffle flavour in the fries, I loved how the floss would stick onto the mayo and in one bite, you can experience so many flavours at the same time.
Otah Sate Lilit

Initially i thought from how it looked, it was a dish that I have tried in Bali before. But no, it was leveled up with a fusion mix. I loved their homemade Otah infused with the smell of lemongrass! I loved the sweet and spicy sauce that was drizzled on the Otah as well. I would highly recommend you order it and try it out with your friends!
This restaurant is definitely a spot not to miss! We loved the place from the moment we stepped in. Staff was extremely friendly and we felt at home. They also offered us their best-selling beer and we had a great time. It was a perfect place to catch up with friends as the interior gives a cozy yet super chill feeling. We will definitely be back!
