Singaporeβs favourite urban farm and restaurant concept, Open Farm Community, is hosting a one-night only exclusive wine dinner with the worldβs leading producer of Bordeaux wines from the Bordeaux Families. Happening on Tuesday, 23 May 2023, guests will be treated to the restaurantβs signature dishes paired with a selection of wines from the Bordeaux region.
Guests can expect an evening of wine exploration that will take diners through the origins, the region, and the wineriesβ philosophy straight from a representative of the Bordeaux Families. The menu will include sharing portions of two starters, mains, and desserts paired with three wines at $88++ per pax.
Formerly known as Cave Intercommunale de Sauveterre-de-Guyenne, Bordeaux Families is a winery of 300 families committed to environmentally responsible practices. Their vineyards focus on Sauvignon, Semillon, and Muscadelle for white wines, and Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon for reds. Bordeaux Families is dedicated to sustainable winemaking and protecting the environment, with a plan to reach 1,000 hectares in 5 years, representing 20% of the unionβs total production.
