Every Sunday from 12 pm to 3 pm, savour GEMMAβs Sunday Fiorentina Brunch where large format 30-day dry-aged steaks are expertly charcoal-grilled and served with an endless pour of prosecco and Tuscan wines. Best enjoyed in groups of 4 to 5 persons, this Sunday feast includes a selection of Italian antipasti such as the Challans Duck Prosciutto and homemade pasta such as Spaghetti βMonograno Felicettiβ, Cacio and Pepe – taking your taste buds on a trip to the Tuscan Hills.
