All-day dining venue Alley on 25 is honouring the most important woman in our lives with a Lazy Breakfast Mother’s Day special. The laid-back experience encompasses unlimited Continental, Asian and Western spread, plus a choice of main course from eight delightful selections, including Gnocchi with Smoked Duck Breast slathered in brown butter sauce and parmesan cheese; Lobster & Egg Florentine Benedict that is lavishly topped with Avruga caviar; and Beef Wellington served alongside Pommery® mustard mashed potatoes, grilled seasonal vegetables and red wine jus.
Buffet highlights include a Continental station loaded with Seafood on Ice, including sashimi, Cold Cuts, Cheese Boards; a hot Western station that includes a ‘live’ egg counter; and an Asian station featuring some of Mum’s favourites including Dim Sum, Satay, Singapore Lor Mee and Alley on 25’s signature Auntie’s Laksa.
