For 2 nights only on 19 and 20 April, join us for an exciting four-hands collaborative dinner featuring Michelin-starred chef-owner Daniele Sperindio and the Willy Wonka of avant-garde cuisine Chef Mike Bagale, who is the founder of Super Food Concepts and former executive chef of three Michelin-starred Chicago fine dining institution, Alinea. Guests can look forward to being crazily entertained by this dynamic duo as they specially curate an eight-course menu inspired by everyday life elements brought to life.
Chef Mike Bagale’s food philosophy and forward-thinking cuisine have earned him recognition on national platforms including Forbes, Conde Nast Traveler, Eater, The Art of Plating, Four Magazine, Chefs Roll, and many more. He is always at the forefront of reinvention and reimagining what food means to modern taste buds. Art Dessert & Cocktail Bar
Located on the rooftop of the majestic National Gallery and overlooking a spectacular panoramic view of Marina Bay, is a destination built on social interaction that brings groups together through their appreciation and passion for innovative cocktails and the camaraderie of desserts.
With a carefully curated dessert menu, built on the use of the most premium products and elevated craftsmanship by Art di Daniele Sperindio’s award-winning team, the rooftop bar’s attention to detail exudes a sense of authenticity, permanence, and luxury.
The bar is open from Tuesdays to Sundays, 5 pm to 10.30 pm, and includes an array of signature desserts such as the Vesuvio which has Buffalo Milk Gelato, Sour Cherry Amarene, Caramelised Cacao Nibs, and an aged 40-year-old Balsamic. If indulging in artisanal desserts wasn’t enough, the bar is also home to a list of signature cocktails such as Agave which is a concoction of Mezcal, Smoked Fat Duck, Pineapple, and Milk. Ladies seeking for a fresh floral cocktail should try the Rose which is gin based and has Italicus, Rose, and Grapefruit Zest.
