On the 8th and 9th of April 2023, all-day dining restaurant Alley on 25 welcomes guests to gather for an extensive Easter Lazy Breakfast buffet spread coupled with fun-filled entertainment for all to enjoy, including balloon sculpting, face painting activities, and more.

Select an enticing main from eight different options such as Lobster and Egg Benedict with Avruga Caviar, Tiger Prawns and Saffron Risotto, Australian Angus Beef Burger, and a classic Shepherdβs Pie stuffed with slow braised lamb, celeriac, and mashed potatoes. Be spoilt for choice and dig into free-flow dishes including Seafood on Ice, Sashimi, Specialty Cage-free Easter Eggs dishes, as well as Asian specialties β Chicken and Beef Satay and Wok-fried mains. Carnivores will gravitate towards the quintessential carving station comprising Assorted Gourmet Sausages, Roasted Lamb Shoulder, and Lamb LegΒ served with Herb-roasted Vegetables. NEW SUPERFOOD SALAD BAR & SET MENU
Raise the salad bar, and indulge in the goodness of bottomless superfoods and protein-rich options for a revitalising lunch experience. Guests can build their own hearty salad bowls from a daily rotation of seven salad bases including kale, romaine, and spinach; vegetables like sweet potato, Japanese cucumber, and beetroot; grains like organic quinoa and chickpeas; and a rotating selection of proteins such as smoked chicken breast, honey baked ham, tuna, boiled egg, and mortadella ham. Accompany the bowl with tasty and nutritious sides – hummus, sundried tomatoes, marinated feta cheese, and more. A selection of four dressings ensures that no Superfood Salad Bar experience is the same.
For a heartier lunch, opt for a two or three-course set menu comprising new mains like Char-Grilled Spring Chicken, Steak Frites, the perennial favourite Auntieβs Laksa, or a delectable Barramundi En Papillote. To conclude, donβt miss the Classic Meyer Lemon Tart or Pistachio Γclair. The set menu is also available for dinner.

The popular weekly Kitchen Party now offers an elevated Happy Hour experience with a refreshed menu of unlimited bar bites and nibbles. Enjoy four different types of loaded fries – Mexican version with chilli con carne, cheese sauce, guacamole, sour cream, jalapeΓ±o, and homemade pickled red onion; American, which comes with tomato salsa, cheese sauce, BBQ mayo, bacon, and spring onion; Kimchi salad and chipotle mayo for the Korean fans; and Truffle Deluxe, topped with truffle mayo, parmesan, and parsley. The menu also includes Japanese fried chicken, cheese and cold cuts, cruditΓ© with homemade dips, and spiced mixed nuts. Wash it down with Andaz Pilsners, created in collaboration with local microbrewery Trouble Brewing, red and white wines, and selected cocktails priced at SGD 10 per serving. Gin and Tonic lovers, imbibe in the refreshing beverage at SGD 14 per glass.
