Niu Dian Beef Noodles – Michelin Bib Gourment Taiwan Beef Noodles Has Finally Open Its Store in Singapore!

With just one branch in Ximending, Taipei, Taiwan, 3 consecutive years Michelin Bib Gourmand awardee – Niu Dian Beef Noodles has finally landed in Singapore at VIIO @ Balestier this 13 February and is set to captivate palates with their mouthwatering authentic Taiwan Beef Noodles.

Beloved for its Beef Noodles, Niu Dian became a firm favourite for the locals in Taiwan due to their handmade noodles that are chewy in texture, and consommΓ© like broth made from 24 hours of brewing with a variety of quality beef bone parts, mirepoix, and curated blend of herbs for an unforgettable taste.

Niu Dian distinguishes itself by using only premium beef parts specially flown-in from Australia. All proprietary sauces and marinades are imported from Taiwan to ensure consistency in flavor across Niu Dian’s outlets.Β

Here are some of our recommendations for Niu Dian Singapore:

Combination Specialty Beef Noodles 滑福牛肉青

This signature bowl includes boneless beef rib fingers, golden coin, tripe, and tendon. Diners can choose between original or braised broth, and other options such as the Trio Specialty Beef Noodles that include boneless beef rib fingers, golden coin, and tendon, or Beef Noodles with various beef parts for diners to choose from.

Have a sip of the original broth first, then add the braised sauce to the soup according to preference. Place a portion of noodles in a small bowl, and stir in a small amount of braised sauce. Add preserved vegetables to the noodles, mix well, and enjoy!

Spicy Pepper Combination Specialty Beef Noodles ζ»‘η¦ζ€’ιΊ»ζ‹Œι’

For those who prefer having dry noodles, the spicy sauce is made from facing heaven pepper and stir-fried over an hour with beef oil. Diners can opt for the Spicy Pepper Combination Specialty Beef Noodles that includes boneless beef rib fingers, golden coin, tendon, and tripe, Trio Specialty Beef version that includes boneless beef rib fingers, golden coin, and tendon, or select their choice of beef part for the Spicy Beef Noodles.

Besides their beef noodles, Niu Dian’s menu also includes beef soup without noodles for those looking to β€œcut the carbs” and portions of beef parts for add-ons, as well as cold sides such as cold cucumber and cold century egg tofu with bonito flakes as appetizers before starting on the mains.

PALACE TEA

Signature drinks such as the Milk Tea and Original Tea selections are available, and for the adventurous, in-house creations such as Lime & Sour Plum Green Tea with Aiyu Jelly and Lychee Mint Black Tea are recommended. Customization is available as customers can select their preferred toppings, sugar, and ice level.
