Known as the “Home of Sticky Bones”, Morganfield’s is available for dine-in, takeaway and delivery to the comfort of your own home from their 3 outlets: The Star Vista, Suntec City and ViVoCity.
Here are the amazing dishes that I’ve tried.
Roast Beef Ribeye ($199.90) and Barbeque Beef Rib (Whole Rack) ($189.90)
The Roast beef ribeye totally surpassed my expectations as I didn’t know that this dish could be equated to an expensive wagyu steak.
I was impressed by how well it was prepared, with a little char on the side but still medium rare on the inside. The soft juiciness of the meat accompanied by the roasted flavour made my night perfect.
The well-seasoned Roast Chicken ($49.90) surprised me as it was so soft and moist, and did not dry out your mouth after eating it at all.
Morgan’s Festive Feast ($159.90) includes festive chestnut spare ribs and festive cranberry spare ribs. The bones were so easy to pull out, revealing a soft, tender, and juicy meat that was wholesomely flourished with the sauce. The flavourful meat was of quality as the richness and natural sweetness was enough to immediately put a smile to your face.
The light cranberry sauce was not overpowering and it served as a perfect complimentary to the red meat. A real delight to rib lovers and a must try!
Crackling pork roast was succulent, with a good amount of meat and fat, together with the crispy skin makes my mouth water. This generously sliced pork roast really takes the crunch to another level
Orange Marmalade Glazed Whole Gammon Ham ($169.90) is slow-roasted to juicy perfection, charred with a touch of smoke and glazed with sweet and savoury orange marmalade. We enjoyed how the citrus orange spread paired well with the savouriness of the smoky ham.
This honey glazed Candied Bacon ($9.90) has just the right amount of sweet, smokey and savoury flavour. Tasting almost similar to Bak kwa, but crispier and is so amazing as a snack to share!
We paired this feast was the Christmas Fruit Tea ($7.90 – Gls; $18.90 – Pitcher) which was extremely refreshing with hints of apple, peppermint, pineapple. This chill non-alcoholic drink really brightens your tired day and perks up your entire mood and appetite.
